The event is named after Club life member Barry Hall.
For the Hall’s Heroes competition, points are awarded to financial members only. Runners regardless of their status (qualified, requalifier, RUN1 or RUN2) are eligible to receive points in this competition.
Hall’s Heroes is a point score event where points are awarded based on the fastest times by male and female runners. This means there are separate competitions based on gender.
Each Club Championship event has points on offer in the Hall’s Heroes competition.
For both male and female runners, the runner with the fastest time in each event receives 10 points, the next fastest receives 9 points and so on up to the 10th runner receiving 1 point.
The current point score will be displayed on the events system after each Club Championship event.
The winners of the male point score and the female points score will be recorded in the yearbook.
